SHIPPING

Shipping is within New Zealand only.

KawakawaCareNZ will NOT be liable or responsible for any parcel delivered to an incorrect address, through no fault of KawakawaCareNZ and NO refunds given.
If Tracking confirms the correct delivery address, KawakawaCareNZ will NOT be liable or responsible for the parcel from that point and NO refunds given for claims of lost or unreceived parcels by the person it is addressed to.

DELIVERY

Parcels are delivered via New Zealand Post - Standard Tracked Parcels.
Allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Allow an additional 1-2 Days for rural delivery.

If your parcel has not been delivered after 7 Days from the date of your order/purchase, please email your enquiry to KawakawaCareNZ at the address provided below.
PLEASE wait 7 Days before contacting us about your parcel.

We will TRACK the parcel and respond to your enquiry confirming details of your parcel within 24 Hours of receiving your email.
